How does the pricing work?
The free trial version is available for 14 days. Afterwards there are 3 annual subscription plans you can sign up for:
- Pro plan: $15 per user per month. Or $180 billed annually.
What forms of payment do we accept?
You can purchase a subscription plan with any major credit card. You may also pay using your Stripe or PayPal account. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.
What are the charges for multiple users per account?
The pricing mentioned in the previous question only relates to an admin user account. Depending on the number of users the admin invites, we offer a discount scheme for each of the subscription plans. See pricing.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No. We will not apply sales tax to your billing amount.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
What is the cancellation policy?
How do I find past invoices?
Billing owners can access their latest invoice at any time from the billing tab in their account settings. The admin user is also the billing owner for their plan and can access their billing through the admin console. At each billing cycle, the billing owner will also receive a copy of their invoice via email.
Do you charge for data migration?
Yes. Depending on the complexity of the data and the legacy systems already in use, we charge a fee for yacht data migration. The standard pricing of the data migration per plan, can be found in the pricing.
What is Aquator Marine?
Aquator Marine is a Yacht Management Software company. It developed an innovative and dynamic Yacht Management Application (“YMA”) to transform how to manage yacht-related activities in a fully configurable, collaborative and digitally secure web and mobile application.
Aquator is designed for yacht owners, professional captains, yacht charter companies and yacht builders to support complex yacht workflows. The application allows for personalisation so you can make requests, plan projects, assign tasks and collaborate to track progress and more.
What information do I provide to set up an account?
In order to setup a trial account for the first 14 days, we need your basic personal information. See create an account and once you have made the decision to continue with an annual subscription, you will be able to pay directly via stripe or paypal.
Do I have to download any software?
No. Aquator is a cloud-based Software-as-a Service (SaaS) application accessible through your web browser. Our mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. New features and functionalities are seamlessly integrated and updated across the web and mobile applications automatically.
What is our mission?
Aquator Marine was founded, as we strongly believe there is a need for a yacht management application to address and provide accurate, timely and reliable information, which is critical to the safe and effective operation of a yacht.
What is the difference between the web and mobile app version?
Our mobile app and browser versions are slightly different when it comes to behavior and feature availability. We designed our mobile app to be compact and thumb-friendly to give you an amazing on-the-go experience, while our web version owing to its landscape display, is much larger. Secure online cloud storage for the application's PDF viewer, fIle manager as well as users' personal documents and yacht documents.
What are the web, iOS & android apps?

These are security layers which make the application reliable and safe to use without compromising on our users' private and confidential data.
What is the data import & export?
Data import and export is a feature of the application's datgrids and pivot tables. The import function allows you to upload an excel sheet instead of entering data manually and the export function allows you to download your data and reports off the application for backup and safekeeping.
What is the theme customizer?
The theme customiser allows you to change the colours and overall look and feel of the application to your liking.

What is an admin user?
An admin is a kind of super user. But really, the admin has the ability to oversee the entire account; managing everything from users to security and billing. This allows for one team member (or more if you choose) to manage his/her team effectively and securely. At the time of onboarding the platform, please indicate on the form the details of who would be the admin.
What are users?
Users are team members who the admin invites. These users can be assigned roles such as that of a family member, crew member, steward/stewardess etc. They can see all information on scrum boards, task managers, file managers and can be invited to collaborate easily on both shareable and private features.
