  • How does the pricing work?

  • What are the charges for multiple users per account?
    The pricing mentioned in the previous question only relates to an Admin User account. Depending on the number of users the Admin invites, we offer a discount scheme for each of the subscription plans: See pricing page.
  • What forms of payment do we accept?
    You can purchase an Aquator subscription plan with any major credit card. You may also pay using your Stripe or PayPal account. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
    No. We will not apply sales tax to your total charge.
  • How do I find past invoices?
    Billing Owners can access their latest invoice at any time from the Billing tab in their account settings. The Admin user is also the Billing Owner for their plan, can access their billing through the Admin Console. At each billing cycle, the Billing Owner will also receive a copy of their invoice via email.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You can not cancel your plan during the annual subscription period. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features. More information can be found in our Subscriber’s Agreement.
  • What is the refund policy?
    We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
  • Do you charge for data migration?
    Yes. Depending on the complexity of the data and the legacy systems already in use, we charge a fee for yacht data migration. The standard pricing of the data migration per plan, can be found in the pricing page.
  • What is Aquator Marine?
    We have built an innovative, dynamic and data-driven Yacht Management platform and continue to develop, implement and promote the best Yacht Management innovation and technology practices in a collaborative, open and transparent manner. Aquator is designed for yacht owners, professional captains, yacht charter companies and yacht builders to support complex yacht workflows.
  • What is our mission?
    As a Yacht Software company ("Aquator Marine"), we’re passionate about improving the way people manage and maintain their yachts in a more timely, cost-effective and collaborative way.
  • What information do I provide to set up an account?
    In order to set up a trial account for the first 14 days, we need your basic personal information. See create an account. Once you have made the decision to continue with an annual subscription, you will be able to pay directly via debit and credit cards.
  • Do I have to download any software?
    No. Aquator is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application accessible through your web browser. Our mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. New features and functionalities are seamlessly integrated and updated across the web and mobile applications automatically.
  • How do I sign up for the affiliate program?
    To join our affiliate program please visit https://aquatormarine.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/signup.ph Our affiliate marketing software is “Post Affiliate Pro” (A third-party service provider). If you already have an “Post Affiliate Pro” account then on the next window please choose “I already have an account”If you are new to “Post Affiliate Pro" then please fill-up the form with a new username and password.
  • Do you offer complementary Aquator access?
    As of the moment, we’re not yet offering a free Aquator access to the affiliate partners. In case you missed it, we offer free forever Basic Plan, no credit card needed. Our Premium and Pro Plan has a 14-day free trial period.
  • Do I need to have a web page in order to become an affiliate?
    While it is not essential to have a website to become an Aquator affiliate, approving your partnership can be easier if you have one. Some mandatory checks and verification via website can speed up the process as well. Although we would prefer a website and other traffic sources as the primary source of traffic, as long as other conditions to become an affiliate is met then it’s perfectly okay.
  • I tried to apply/re-apply but it says my account name already exists.
    We suspect that you tried to use your Aquator username to sign up. Please note, Your Aquator account is not related to your Aquator affiliate account. To sign up as an affiliate partner of Aquator please visit https://aquatormarine.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/signup.php (Post Affiliate Pro is our affiliate marketing software) If you already have an “Post Affiliate ProImpact” account then please choose “I already have an account” If you are new to “Post Affiliate ProImpact” then please fill-up the form with a new username and password.
  • How to find my Post Affiliate Pro ID?
    You can locate this ID at any time by logging into https://aquatormarine.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/login.php#login (please use the forget password option if you do not remember it) Once you are inside, please click on your account name in the upper left corner of your account. The account number will be listed in the dropdown.
  • Where can I find my tracking link?
    To retrieve your tracking link you need to log in to your affiliate network account at Impact. Login URL: https://aquatormarine.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/login.php#login (If you do not remember the password, please use the forget password option.) After logging in you should be able to see the tracking link option right on the dashboard All you need to do is click on the boxed area. This will automatically copy the correct link to your clipboard. If you have more than one brand under the same Impact account you may need to use the dropdown menu and select Aquator.
  • How do I view my stats on Post Affiliate Pro?
    To view your stats please log into your affiliate network account from this link: https://aquatormarine.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/login.php#login Then from the “Reports” menu select “Performance” Here you should be able to see the number of clicks you have sent to us and your total earnings.
  • My audience are already Aquator Free users. How can I earn affiliate commission?
    You will be glad to know that you can earn affiliate commissions by converting an Aquator FREE user to a Aquator Premium or Pro customer. All you need them to do is follow your tracking link before they start the Premium and Pro trial. You can do that by creating a deep-link following the steps below:
  • How to create a deep link?
    Log into your impact account, and from the dropdown menu, select “Aquator”. Into the “Enter a landing page” field, please insert the url of your page of choice. Then click on the “Create” button. Lastly click on the link area, This will automatically copy the unique tracking link to your clipboard.
  • How to get paid from Aquator?
    To get paid from Impact you need to fill up your bank information. To do that please follow the steps below: Go to the settings option from the bottom left corner. In the next page please choose “Bank Account” from the Finance section. Now you need to insert your bank information Once your bank information is updated you can set up your Payment Schedule. You can either choose to get paid on a fixed day of the month or when your balance exceeds a certain threshold.
  • What is the outstanding balance on my account?
    All approved actions (payable events) are unlocked after 45 days of the day they are tracked. The transactions are paid 15 days after the end of the day they unlock. Whenever you have any pending actions and outstanding balance, this just means that the actions have not yet unlocked/cleared. Here are the definitions of the terms related to payout: Pending: These are pending actions that have not yet been approved/unlocked (Takes 45 days to unlock) Locked: These are approved/unlocked pending actions (Payments gets locked for 15 days to counteract with the refund requests) Balance: this is your available balance/action earnings that cleared (you can withdraw this money anytime you want) In order to view the due date of the action earnings, please navigate to the _Balance drop-down_ (top right corner on your home screen) > _Earnings_ > Click on the _Pending Action Earnings_ hyperlinked amount > _Due Date_ (very last column) is when the pending actions are scheduled to clear.
  • What is Post Affiliate Pro?
    Post Affiliate Pro is an affiliate marketing software. Post Affiliate Pro is the platform that enables you to see if your application is approved or not, once approved it is the place where you will be able to retrieve your tracking link and once the commission is earned, you will be able to withdraw your commission from that very same platform.
  • What is the data import & export?
    Data import and export is a feature of the application's data grids and pivot tables. The import function allows you to upload an excel sheet instead of entering data manually and the export function allows you to download your data and reports of the application for backup and safekeeping.
  • What is the theme customizer?
    The theme customiser allows you to change the colours and overall look and feel of the application to your liking.
  • What are the product tour cards?
    The product tour cards show you how to maximise the application, walking you through each feature. ‘Next’ and ‘Back’ buttons allow you to navigate your way through our app.
  • What security features are in place?

  • Users Settings
    Admin users may adjust the settings of the users through this function. The settings that can be adjusted are the same as those found under personal settings. Click here for more information.

  • How is an admin user different from other users?
    The admin has the ability to oversee the entire account; managing everything from users to security and billing. This allows for one team member (or more if you choose) to manage his/her team effectively and securely. Other users are team members whom the admin invites and can see all information on scrum boards, task managers, file managers and can be invited to collaborate easily on both shareable and private features.
