SINGAPORE: Aquator Marine Partners with Specialized Marine to Launch Life Cycle Management Pilot Programme in Asia
Aquator Marine is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Specialized Marine to launch the Life Cycle Management (LCM) Pilot Programme, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming yacht operations across Asia. This collaboration brings together Aquator’s advanced yacht management technology and Specialized Marine’s deep regional insight to address the fragmented nature of yacht operations in Asia and offer a tailored, no-cost digital transformation for select vessels.

Asia’s booming yachting industry demands localized solutions, and this partnership delivers. Specialized Marine selected Aquator after a rigorous evaluation of global platforms, recognising our software's flexibility and its refinement through real-world use by over 200 vessels globally. Together, we are customizing it to accommodate specific regional nuances in maintenance, crewing, and compliance blending global standards with local needs.
The LCM Pilot Programme presents a unified digital platform tailored for every marine professional whether at sea, in a shipyard, or working with charter or brokerage operations. The platform includes robust modules for Shipyard Management (covering warranty, refit, new-build, and operational oversight), Yacht Management (including AIS tracking, compliance tools, technical management, and multilingual crew support), Charter Management (booking, APA accounting, and reporting), Brokerage, and Private Office solutions, catering to a range of yacht types and sizes.
To ensure impactful transformation, this pilot offers selected participants a comprehensive support package:
Custom installation and configuration tailored to vessel-specific operations.
Onboard crew training to enable seamless adoption.
Three months of operational support and oversight with expert reporting.
Dedicated technical assistance from Specialized Marine's regional team.
Complete digitization of vessel assets and records, along with a featured case study for participants.
Specialized Marine is currently seeking diverse vessels to join the programme, including high-performance sailing yachts, owner-operated cruisers (40–70 ft), and professional superyachts (70 ft+), with each receiving a bespoke transformation experience.
Why It Matters
By merging global-standard software with specialized regional execution, this programme redefines operational excellence in Asia’s yachting sector. It marks a significant step towards streamlined, intelligent yacht management.
