Business Development Manager
Job Description
Assist the team with business development within the yachting industry. Good understanding of SaaS business models, tech stacks and engagement strategies.
The primary audience of our Yacht Management Software consists of yacht owners, crew and professionals. Assist in the growth strategy focused customer satisfaction, scaling and financial targets.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. .
Build out the Customer Success activities and relationships with new and existing users and customers.
Assist in the Affiliate & Referral program and network expansion.
Qualifications:
Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree at the minimum. Majoring in Marketing would be a plus.
2+ years’ experience in a tech company, ideally with SAAS subscription model.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Familiarity with tech ecosystem and the tools of the company’s marketing tech stack:
Wix
Canva
Hubspot
Google Suites
Facebook Business Suite
Proficient in business English.
High energy level and out-going personality.
Comfortable with start-up work environment.
Demonstrable interest, affinity and passion for tech startups, yachting and marine industry.
