With our custom ISM module, we can professionally digitalise and customize your existing paper-based ISM documents & forms of your data using different layouts, row templates, data fields, calculations, and editing modes.
ISM Code
1. Forms - Generate reports from the data you’ve inputted into the application or we can digitise users' current ISM forms and provide an opportunity to create custom templates.
2. Drills - Have a menu item for drills so that you can easily manage your drill matrix and drill reports.
3. Crew Hours of Work and Rest - Easy to use application that complies with MLC standards.
4. Standing Orders - Upload or create your own standing orders within the software and have a dedicated menu for standing orders and Charter Procedures.
5. Certificate and Document Tracking - Have the ability to upload all vessel and crew certifications and get notified when a certificate is expired, near expiry or should be renewed.

1.1. Emergency Procedures - The ability to have all your emergency procedures in one place, check off the steps, and automatically save to our file manager.
1.2. Permits to Work - Fill out your permits to work, get notified if the permit exceeds and is still open after 24 hours, all allocated crew can sign off on the software without ever printing anything.
1.3. Risk Assessments and SOPs - Fill out your risk assessments and access your standard operating procedures with the ability to set a periodic review of the risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
1.4. Bridge & Engineering - Check, submit and sign off all checklists from pre-departure checks to crew familiarization and everything in between. All with the ease and convenience of an app.
1.5 Medical - Have access to your medical log and controlled drug register with notifications on expiry dates.
